The [Primary] Council investigated the matter, and having considerated the documents at hand, announced its decision as follows at its meeting on 10 Bahman 1361 [30 January 1983]:
Decision of the Commission
In consideration of the contents of the files and the report of the investigating team ☒, confessions of the accused ⎕, defence of the accused ⎕, witness statements ⎕, experts’ views ⎕, statements of informed persons ⎕, and reliance on [decision] number 439/2197 60 of 9th Bahman 1361 [29 January 1983] of the Islamic Republic Court of Justice of Urmia and in consideration of other state affairs and matters identified within the files, the charges issued against the accused are proven and obvious in the view of the Council and the offense of the mentioned person falls under:
- Membership in the Perverse Baha’i Sect, paragraph 1, Article 19 and
- Membership in the Perverse Baha’i Sect, paragraph 8, Article 29
[As set out in] the Human Resources Restructuring Act, [applicable to] Government Ministries and Affiliated Organizations, ratified on the 5th of Mehr 1360 [27 September 1981], which relates directly to Clause 11 of Article 20 of the afore-mentioned law, [the accused] is sentenced to permanent dismissal from all Postal Services.
This decision, is final and enforceable under paragraph 46 of the above-mentioned law ⎕.
Within 15 days from the date of informing the accused of the decision, t the matter may be referred [by the accused] to the Court of Appeals ☒.
