Positive Effect

Having the religious celebrations at the seat of the Military Governorate of Tehran (Hazirat’ul-Quds) [the place of the Baha’i centre] not only has produced a positive effect in the clerical circles of Tehran, it has also caused gladness and joy in the seminary of the scholars of Qom and Najaf-e Ashraf [the third holiest city of Shia Islam, after Mecca and Medina, as the burial place of His Holiness Imam Ali.]
