Who is Khamsi, servant of the British colonel, Robert, and son of the Baha’i Baqirov?
…In truth, this matter should be a cause of humiliation and embarrassment for the educated youth and the active people of the Province of Fars, especially those in Shiraz, that from all the reputable individuals and knowledgeable young employees, a careless, lewd boy such as Khamsi is chosen to deliver the electrical apparatus of the city.
We hereby draw the attention of the esteemed governor general, the mayor and the city council members to the need to immediately recall the Baha’i Khamsi and dispatch worthy individuals instead.
