His Excellency, Mr. Prime Minister,

A telegraphic complaint, signed by Mr. Abbas Nikpay from Nahavand, has been received regarding the activities of Hedayatollah Mavaddat, the manager of the Melli Bank of that place; the mentioned person and his assistant, as Baha’is, treat the bank’s employees with personal considerations. The behaviour of these two has aroused hatred amongst the locals. The manager also dismissed this complainant from working in the bank, with no faults or reasonable excuse. The original telegram is enclosed for investigation. Should it be true, take necessary actions.
