Baha’is Have Begun to Make Threats!

In the past week, between the last issue and this issue, several threatening phone calls were made to the newspaper’s office demanding that hereafter we do not write a single line that condemns Baha’is!

Naturally, we know who made these phone calls to the newspaper’s office.  We shall not fear any group.  With unshakable belief in the indisputable religion of Islam, we consider Islam to be the most complete religion and the seal of all other religions accepted by Islam and except Islam [which is a true religion of God] we consider any offshoots of Islam to be perverse sects.

In particular, we believe that in the past years it was the Baha’is who hindered our country’s progress by infiltrating [government] departments and intruding into the affairs of the country and for this reason, we shall stand against Baha’ism beliefs with all our strength and will not allow the Muslims of this country to be [controlled] by the Baha’is’ appearance of magnanimity and their mental dominance.

Although in some phone calls it was said that these articles will anger some religious fanatics and the lives of those suspected of being Baha’i will be put at risk (though they may not be Baha’is at all), we emphasize that no one has the right to go to individuals’ homes to detain Baha’is without the permission of the Marja‘-i-Taqlíd[1] and if any Baha’is during the revolution seized the opportunity and left their perverse sect and joined the indisputable religion of Islam, their repentance will be accepted by the Exalted Creator.  We hope this brief piece is sufficient for this issue and from the next issue our series of articles on this subject shall continue.
