Campaign against the Baha’i Sect

The campaign against the Baha’i sect once again intensified last week, and there were discussions in every religious and political assemblage in regard to the manner of opposing them in accordance with common and religious laws and regulations. Mr. Safaei questioned the government again in this regard and the minister of the interior, during the public session of the parliament, clearly said that all propaganda centres that are considered to be against the true religion of Islam would be suspended there and then. It has been said that the severity of this campaign would depend on the movements of higher ranking religious scholars and Hujjatol-Islams to and from the capital.
