In the Name of God
Office of the Islamic Revolutionary Prosecutor
Brother Eshraghi
Respectfully, in accordance with Judgment number 4/13-93, dated 25 Esfand 1363 [16 March 1985], I, Abdol-Shoghi Tebyani, son of Cheraghali, was informed that my fixed and intangible assets had been confiscated for the benefit of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Recently, on 1 Esfand 1363 [20 February 1985], my home telephone, [situated] where I have been residing for sixteen years, was disconnected under Addendum 82. The Supreme Judiciary Council’s criteria, which exclude the place of residence and business, have not been observed.
Hence, I request that you consider this matter and issue the necessary orders to re-connect the telephone.
With regards, Abdol-Shoghi Tebyani
