Based on a report received by the Ministry of Post, Telegraph, and Telephone on 12 Ordibehesht 1318 [3 May 1939] from Sangsar, the Baha’i merchants there had taken a holiday because of the Flower Festival and their shops were completely closed. We convey this for your information.
