Enclosed, a copy of the report 4475/745 – of 2 Aban 1325 [24 October 1946] from the Governorate of Khorramabad is forwarded for your attention. Meanwhile, it is conveyed that, based on the reports of the National Police Force; owing to the conditions in the area, the governor of Khorramabad, does not agree with the return of the individuals mentioned in the report.

It is requested that you order the conditions surrounding this order to be communicated [and] the necessary orders conveyed to the Governorate of Khorramabad.
