According to the existing documents, your pension was terminated as of 5 Shahrivar 1363 [27 August 1984] by order of the Islamic Revolutionary Office of the Prosecutor General because you are a Baha’i. Accordingly, if you have any documents proving that you have become a Muslim (the testimony of one of the religious authorities certifying that you have become a Muslim and its publication in one of the widely distributed newspapers of the country), these are to be sent to the Islamic Revolutionary Court so that necessary action may be taken upon investigation and approval.
