The Prosecutor General:

“Not Even One Person Is Punished in Iran For Expressing Their Beliefs.”

Prosecutor General of Iran Invites Representatives of the International Mass Media to Visit the Prisons of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

According to the reports issued by the Islamic Republic News Service from Tabriz yesterday, Saturday, and during the ceremony that was held to introduce the new prosecutor of Tabriz at the judiciary complex of that city, Ayatollah Seyyed Abol-Fazl Mousavi-Tabrizi, stated that the reports by “[Reynaldo] Galindo Pohl,” special envoy of the Amnesty International, about the situation and living conditions in Iranian prisons are blatantly false and devoid of legal value.

He emphasized that in the Islamic Republic of Iran, not even one person is punished for expressing their beliefs or adherence to Baha’ism.
