Ministry of the Interior,

Following communication number 9674, dated 14 Shahrivar 1323 [5 September 1944], regarding the prosecution of the inciters of the Shahroud incident, I would state that a written description signed by Ali-Akbar Furutan, with number 1129, dated 11 Shahrivar 1323 [2 September 1944], has been received, a copy of which is enclosed herewith for information. Please clarify what has been the result of the investigations of the assigned inspectors and what actions have been taken for the restitution of the plundered properties. Also send the copies of the reports received for the information of the Office of the Prime Minister.

Also, with regard to the last part of the attached description, clarify what is the issue of the seizure of plundered properties by police officers and what actions have been taken to prosecute and punish the instigators.
