Today Mr. Sedarat, the provincial prosecutor, told our correspondent, “Yesterday evening, one of the daily newspapers reported the news of the fight and skirmishes at Branch 1 of the Supreme Criminal Court, in which the trial of 44 people accused of killing the Baha’is of Yazd is going on. The investigations carried out by the office, the head and the advisors of the Supreme Criminal Court revealed that this news was completely false and there has not been any fight or clash in the court.”
