Those Charged with the Murder of Seven Baha’is in Yazd Were Surrendered to the Criminal Court
In the month of Mordad [July/August] a number of individuals, instigated by increased incitements, attacked the homes of the Baha’is and killed seven Baha’i men.
The accused were prosecuted by police agents, and 45 individuals, who were considered to be the main culprits, were dispatched to Tehran, with their files, for investigation. The 45 accused individuals mentioned above were surrendered to the Public prosecutor’s office of Tehran Province. The case files of the accused have been referred to Branch 1(one) of the Supreme Criminal Court.
