Eminent Governor General of the Seventh Province,

In reference to your letter number 2929 -14 Khordad 1323 [4 June 1944], according to the investigation that was conducted about Messrs.  Mottahed Davachi[1], Mostaghimi Sa‘at-Saz[2], Golshan and Dr. Badri, the aforementioned are known to be Baha’is and often hold meetings called “Nineteen Day Feasts”, “propagation”, etc.  These meetings are not held in a certain place; each week the meeting is held in the house of one of the Baha’is.  About the fact that these individuals often invite the Muslims, there is no evidence of this behaviour.
