Further to letter M/137/897, [dated:] 22/21/22[1] Abbas Khandani, whose arrest warrant was issued during the unrest of 15 Mehr [1331] [7 October 1952] but had remained fugitive, was seen on a street yesterday evening inciting people.  As the commander of the police force was trying to apprehend him, [people in the] crowd were threatening the officers, and in order to disperse the crowd, the military officers resorted to firing a few shots in the air and arrested him [Abbas Khandani].
