Pursuant to letter number 14177 – 6 Aban 1323 [29 October 1939], according to the report by the Golpayegan Police Department, Mohammad-Taghi Heydari, the general store owner, was apprehended as he was about to set fire to the home of Foroutan, and he has been sent with the relevant file to the local court. We have issued the necessary orders to prevent similar incidents.
