His Excellency, the Prime Minister,

A petition signed by Abdol-Hosein Naderi, imploring justice for the murder of his son Asadollah Naderi, which occurred during the unrest in Shahroud and requesting the prosecution of perpetrators, has been received at the Imperial Court, and is sent herby as an attachment to Your Majesty for information so that you may order the incident of the turmoil in Shahroud seriously and vigorously investigated and the perpetrators prosecuted, and [report] the result of the actions taken.
