On 23 Shahrivar 1374 [14 September 1995], Branch 1 of the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Justice of Yazd heard case number 70/59/567, with the signatories identified below presiding.  Having considered the case, the Court declares the conclusion of the hearing and issues the following verdict:



Regarding file number: 70/59/567, subject: Habib Rahmani, son of Asghar, according to the case documents, which indicate that he has been a follower of the perverse Baha’i sect and is now deceased, and, with the exception of two of his children, his spouse and the rest of his children are also the followers of the perverse Baha’i sect, and in view of the report from the Department of Intelligence, number 3126/M/233, dated 21 Shahrivar 1374 [12 September 1995], the Court orders that one-fifth of his estate be deducted for the benefit of the Headquarters for the Execution of the Imam’s Orders, and the remainder of the estate be distributed to his Muslim heirs.
