Ministry of the Interior,

Abbas-Gholi Mo‘tamedi and a few others from Isfahan have conveyed that, “On the eve of 11 Muharram [1370A.H.] [1 Aban 1329] [23 Oct. 1950], a group of rioters attacked their residences and beat up a number of people”. As per the instructions of His Imperial Majesty, the telegram is enclosed here, in order that adequate action may be taken and to issue an answer to the complainants.
