With greetings and best wishes for your health and an end to your problems,

I congratulate you on the birth of Imam Ali.  I am interested to know Your Honour’s views regarding the Baha’is and the Baha’i community in Iran.

With respect,

[The following is an answer to the above question, given by Ayatollah Montazeri, in his own handwriting]

In the Name of God, the Most High

With greetings and appreciation, the Baha’is deny that Islam is the last religion and believe in a new and depraved religion.  However, nobody has the right to interfere with their lives, unless, of course, they start their proclamations, which must be prevented.

Best wishes for your success,
