In accordance with the information received pertaining to Mrs. Nategheh Naderi's membership in the perverse Baha'i sect, followed by her summon to the Provisional Council, and her subsequent attendance and written admission to membership in the said sect, the Provisional Council, pursuant to paragraph 8 of Article 29 of the [Human Resources] Restructuring Act, ratified 5/7/1360 [27 September 1981], and text of telegram number 100275/H.Ayn.N, dated 26/2/1361 [16 May 1982], of the Supervisory High Council re restructuring human resources, Mrs. Nategheh Naderi, with unanimous votes, is hereby condemned to permanent dismissal from all governmental services and related institutions (subject of paragraph 11, Article 20 of the said Act).
