In the Name of God

Esteemed President of Tabriz Bar Association

I, Rafieh Ataian, one of the Baha’i citizens of Tabriz, hereby submit that for the last five years, I have been deprived of the most basic citizenship right; that is, [the right] to bury the dead in our city. Regardless of my numerous visits to the office of the governor general, the municipality and the relevant authorities of the Vadi-e Rahmat [cemetery], I have not received any response. Therefore, I request your attention and [hope that you will] take appropriate action in order to fulfil my rights and request.

I pray to God for your success in serving humanity and administering justice for the oppressed.

With appreciation,

Rafieh Ataian Chaleh Zamini
