Mr. Abbas Nikpay, from Nahavand, has sent a telegram to His Excellency the Imperial Majesty regarding the activities of Mr. Hedayatollah Movaddat, manager of the Melli Bank. He complained that the manager and his deputy are Baha’i propagators and treat the bank employees and the merchants according to their personal views. The manager has also dismissed this person, who has a family of six, without [accusing him of] having any faults or having a reasonable excuse. A copy of the telegram is attached, that you may instruct that the subject be investigated and followed up, and report the result of the actions.
