Esteemed President of Tabriz Judicial Bar Association

Respectfully,

I, Mohammad Hokmrani Diznab, one of the Baha’i citizens of Tabriz, submit that for the last five years, all the Baha’is of Tabriz have been deprived of [the right] to bury our dead in our own city. [All of my] ancestors, parents and relatives were born in Tabriz and buried in the same city, in the Emamiyyeh cemetery and the Vadi-e Rahmant [cemetery]. Therefore, I request that I also [be able to] enjoy the citizenship rights and be buried in the same city with my relatives and parents.

With appreciation,

Mohammad Hokmrani Diznab
