To the esteemed head of the Bar Association of Tabriz,

With greetings and well wishes,

I, Helen Misaghi, as a Baha’i citizen living in the city of Tabriz, convey that for five years we have been prohibited from burying the deceased Baha’is at Vadi-e Rahmat [Tabriz cemetery]. Therefore, in order to uphold the rights of citizens, I ask you and other esteemed officials to assist us to acquire a parcel of land for this purpose.

With best wishes for your success,

Helen Misaghi,
