The Honourable Judiciary of Kiasar

As you have been informed, the residential houses of the farmers of Ivel Village have been destroyed by people, and apparently since yesterday evening, they have been destroying, levelling and excavating them with a few loaders and trucks. Prior to its occurrence, we informed the esteemed district manager of Kiasar, Sari Governorate’s office and the Office of the Governor General, on 1 and 2 Tir [1389] [22 and 23 June 2010] in order to prevent such an illegal and irreligious action, so that they do not deprive us from our natural rights to housing.

Today, we also referred to the district office and district manager, who said that he would prepare his report. It is requested that that esteemed official issue appropriate orders regarding this action so that [our] rights can be realized.

With best regards,

2 Tir 1389 [23 June 2010]
