In the Name of God

To Mr. Haj Seyyed Muhammad-Bagher Hoseini, the esteemed Friday prayer leader of Abadeh, may [your] existence be perpetual

I respectfully inform you that, on 21 Khordad 1363 [11 June 1984], my brother, who was travelling from Isfahan to Shiraz, had a car accident at 20 kilometres’ distance from the City of Abadeh, which resulted in his death. Since he was a Baha’i, and in accordance with the Baha’i burial laws, we cannot carry his body more than an hour of travel distance, and based on our investigations from the residents of Abadeh, there is no place in this city for Baha’is to be buried, and we are not residents of this city and do not have any properties here, we appeal to that higher authority to determine a place for us to bury my brother.

In advance, we immensely appreciate your clemency and magnanimity.

With most sincere respect

Aminollah Taleie
