Following the news of the arrest of Mr. Nima Haghar on 13 Bahman 1387 [1 February 2009], it is reported that on that day, three people arrested him and took him blindfolded to the interrogation area in a car without a number plate, and he [remained] blindfolded until he was placed in solitary confinement. Mr. Haghar’s house was one of twelve houses searched in Tehran on 25 Dey 1387 [14 January 2009], which led to the arrest of five Baha’is who are still being held in Evin Prison. On 14 Bahman [1387] [2 February 2009] Mr. Haghar’s wife and mother were allowed to visit him.
