49 Individuals Were Purged from the Department of Education in Semnan


Semnan – Pars News: The Public Relations [Department] of the General Governorate of Semnan and the Commission for [Purging and] Purification of the Offices of the Province, announced that the names of 49 individual employees and other personnel of the Department of Education of the Province whose cases have been investigated by 5 Shahrivar 1359 [27 August 1980] and have been purged [dismissed], are as follows:….


At the same time, eight other individuals, by the names of Sanam Pour-Hoseini, daughter of Hosein; Tahereh Tebyanian, daughter of Esmail; Khadijeh-Banu Hedayati, daughter of Hedayatollah; Aqdas Besharati, daughter of Ali-Asghar; Tahereh Hedayati, daughter of Ali-Baba; Ahmad Shadman, son of Mohammad-Ali; Fereshteh Malak-zadeh Manavi, daughter of Nasrolla; and Farkhondeh A’azami, daughter of Heydar, have been accused of membership in an unlawful Baha’i political group and have [also] been dismissed.
