For the Occasion of 22 Bahman, a group of prisoners nationwide will be exonerated

Due to the anniversary of the triumphant victory of the glorious Islamic Revolution, a large number of prisoners nationwide will be pardoned. Ayatollah Bojnourdi, the member of the Pardon Council of His Holiness Imam, in a News Conference announced the above news yesterday at noon and [further] described the conditions attached to the exoneration of the prisoners saying:

…The forgiving decisions of the Pardon Council will not cover those who have the following sentences…

…Those who are member of Anti-Revolutionary groups (unless having been simple supporters and their repentance before the Shari judge and Intelligence Office has been proven) and those active members of the Perverse [Baha’i] Sect, as well as those spies who are not covered by the Imam’s pardon decree…
