Announcement of the Bonyad-e Shahid [the Martyrs’ Foundation] regarding the medical procedures and treatment services of Shahid Mostafa Khomeini Hospital

The Public Relations [department] of the Martyrs’ Foundation released a report of the statistics and medical procedures of this foundation.

Part of this bulletin states: “The Misaghiyyeh Hospital, which was one of the nation’s first-rate hospitals, was, on the surface, a private treatment centre, but in actual truth, it was a centre for the production and growth of Zionism and imperialism offspring and for the propaganda of the perverse Baha’i sect. After the victory of the Revolution, it was confiscated and handed over to the Mostazafan’s Foundation.  A number of committed physicians from abroad were also attracted to that hospital.  Although they had come to Iran for service to the injured and the destitute, they could not do so in a meaningful manner”.

In Tir 1359 [June/July 1980] in an order issued by the Revolutionary Court, this hospital and all its affiliated institutions, assets and the properties of its owners were completely handed over to the Martyrs’ Foundation … 

… in the Shahid Mostafa Khomeini Hospital, the office of its previous president, which was an assemblage for the Taghutis and the servants of Zionism, has been converted into a mosque and the Office of the Islamic Association …
