Premier Musavi lashes out against human rights orgns.
Tehran, Dec. 4 (IRNA) – Prime Minister Hussein Musavi said here Wednesday that unjust stands taken by the international organizations which claimed to be the defenders of human rights, but in fact were the supporters of Zionist-oriented sects, would not affect the policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Speaking after a cabinet session, the prime minister stressed that the Islamic Republic of Iran would crush any move, which intended to damage the system.
Further on the plots to mar the image of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, he referred to the activities of the Human Rights Commission and the Amnesty International which were under the influence of agents of international zionism,
They have organized activities against the Islamic Republic of Iran,” he added.
He said that information sources of these organization were limited to the groups hostile to the revolution including Munafiqeen (MKO), Monarchists and the terrorists.
“The activities of all these groups is centered on putting pressure on Iran,” the prime minister added.
The prime minister said that the irony was that these institutions turned a blind eye on the crimes of the French and U.S. administrations and other big powers, which continued to trample upon the rights of the oppressed.
“On the contrary," he added “a country such as Iran, which is fighting against the U.S. imperialism, is the target of the so-called supporters of human rights.
“The policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran are based on the public interests, their goals and leadership of Imam Khomeini,” he stressed.
“Therefore,” he added, "no attention will be paid to such judgements and no compromise will be made on the interests of the Islamic Republic of Iran."
He said that Iran had nothing to hide and would not show the slightest leniency. "In the meantime, Iran will reveal the real nature of these organizations to the people of the Third World and Muslim countries," he said.
The one billion Islamic community of the world should know that how these organizations have been supporting a political and a Zionist sect which, for the past 150 years, has been busy plotting and spying for foreign powers, Britain and the Zionist regime in particular, he added. "We will stand against any such move," the prime minister stressed.
Meanwhile, the cabinet appointed Zein-ul Abedin Mir-Yusef Ata'ie, as the new governor general of the West Azarbaijan Province.
