Discovery of the Hideout of a Zionist Group of Baha’is

Tehran- Pars News Agency- The Basij[1] of the needy of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard of Iran discovered a Zionist group of [Baha’is]; [after] finding a series of documents and arresting two of their leaders, [it] has released a statement which discloses the position of their activities in this regard since Esfand 1359 [February/March 1981], and provided that to Pars News agency.

The discovery of the centre of activities of Baha’is in Tehransar, in a house belonging to fugitive Colonel Abdollah Mogharrabi, and the discovery of houses in Saidabad Shahriar, Bargh Alstom Street, Azadi Street and surrounding orchards in Feyz Garden, included, in this regard, the arrest of two individuals. Discovery of the hideout, documents and Baha’i books which were hidden in the wall took place on the day of 26 Mehr of the current year [18 October 1981].  In these documents the relationship between the [Baha’is of] Tehransar and Gonbad-e Kavus with the imperial court of the shah was revealed. The guards also discovered a hiding place of Baha’is in this house.
