The complete text of the Human Resources Restructuring Act for Government Ministries and Affiliated Organizations

In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Introduction

“Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due and when you judge between people to judge with justice.” [Quran, Sura: 4 – Verse: 58]

Since the continuity of the Islamic Revolution of Iran is not possible except through fundamental change in all aspects of society, a revolution and transformation in administrative system and organs, which was one of the most important pillars of the dominance of the Taghut regime, will be an inevitable necessity.   

For this purpose, the restructuring of human resources in offices, academic organizations and other organs away from individuals who in any way were or are obstacles in the progress and development of the Islamic Revolution, as well as the individuals who are void of competence to work in government or organizations affiliated with government centres in the Islamic Republic, seems a vital preparation for the transformation and Islamisation of the administrative system, since a change of the regime would be impossible with the existence of elements and individuals who are being fed by the decadent values of the previous regime.
