The Prosecutor General: We will Not Allow National Security to be Tarnished by Illegal Activities.
Rejecting claims by the West, including the United States, that the rights of the perverse sect (Baha’ism) were being violated in Iran, the prosecutor general said, “The Islamic Republic of Iran will not allow any current to tarnish the national security of the country through organizational, unlawful and illegal activities.”
Ghorban-Ali Dorri-Najafabadi stated that (followers) of this sect, like any other citizens of the country, have used all the facilities of the country, and even more, and that as citizens of the Islamic Republic of Iran, they have statutory rights based on Article 3 and the third chapter of the constitution.
About the arrest of the leaders of the perverse Baha’i sect in Iran and the reactions of the West, Dorri-Najafabadi also said, “Regardless of their beliefs and thoughts, these people, as real individuals and citizens of Iran, have used all the facilities of the country.”
He added, “Despite widespread violations, especially in the economic sphere, they have continued to be very profitable, but what should be done when they collude and cooperate with Israel through a third country and are under the influence of Zionists one hundred per cent?”
The prosecutor general said, “The Islamic Republic of Iran is the great home for all Iranians, and every citizen, such as the prosecutor general and other officials, will enjoy the facilities of this country within the framework of laws and regulations.”
A few months ago, some leaders of the perverse Baha’i sect were charged with “unlawful involvement in the administration and collusion with enemies of the Islamic regime, including the Zionist regime, to act against the regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran, gathering information and infiltrating activities, and destroying the bases of the faith of the people, and other crimes.” They were arrested and detained.
