Clause 1 of Report Number 684 from the military governor of Shiraz has stated exactly: “According to recent information, the Baha’is, under the direction of Mr. Mottahed, the head of Javid Pharmacy, Mostaghimi Sa‘at-Saz[1], a few members of the Badri family and Golshan, hold propagation gatherings and invite the Muslims to [join] the Baha’i Faith, every night. Please order a thorough investigation of this matter and inform us of the result.”
