The report of the one thousand eighty-first session of the esteemed Jurisprudential Advisory Council of the Guardian Council, dated 30 Ordibehesht 1397 [20 May 2018], including the review of five letters of the Court of Administrative Justice, is presented herewith as follows:

Third Order - The letter from the Court of Administrative Justice regarding the petition of Mr. Shahriar Foroughian, based on the claim that the [decision recorded in the] minutes of the Mazandaran Province Commission on Sects and Religions, dated 9 Aban 1395 [30 October 2016], regarding their [dealing] with the petition of the “closure of business premises” requested by the [members of the] perverse Baha’i sect, were against Sharia Law.
Investigation: The [decision recorded in the] minutes of Mazandaran Province Commission on Sects and Religions subject to the complaint, was not considered to be against the Sharia Law.
