Shiraz Friday Prayer Leader:

Baha’i and Wahhabi Sects Operate in Fars Province

Fars News Agency – The Friday payer leader of Shiraz said, “Various sects of Wahhabism and Baha’ism are active in the Fars Province and have become self-sufficient in attracting capital and trade with the facilities of the province.”

According to the Fars News Agency from Shiraz, quoting the public relations [representative] of the Shiraz Friday prayer leader’s office, Ayatollah Sheikh Asadollah Imani stated, in a meeting with the public relations manager of the Qom Islamic Propaganda Office, “Fars Province, due to its great cultural capacity, requires a branch [similar to that] of the Islamic Propaganda Office in Qom”...

The Friday prayer leader of Shiraz, pointing out that the various sects of Wahhabism and Bahaism are active in a complex way in Fars and have become self-sufficient in attracting capital and trade with the facilities of this province, added, “Baha’is have a cemetery in Shiraz, and in schools they often declare, “We are Baha’is.”

Imani continued by stating that Baha’is approach the deprived and oppressed areas of the city and gain influence by inspecting, caring, and providing business and medical treatment: Christians and followers of false mysticism and Satanists also have a base and position in Shiraz.
