It was investigated by the commission. The commission, in its meeting on 20 Mehr 1361 [12 October1982], having considered the evidence presented, announced its decision as follows:


“Decision of the Commission”

Considering ---- the content of the file and report of the investigating group and the confession of the accused and taking into consideration other conditions and circumstantial evidence instructed for this case, in the view of the commission, the charges against the accused appear clear and evident. The offence of the named accused corresponds with belief in the perverse Baha’i sect. Subject to paragraph 8 section 29 of the Restructuring of Human Resources Act [applicable to] Government Ministries and Affiliated Organisations, ratified on 5 Mehr 1360 [27 September 1981], according to paragraph 11 section 20 of the mentioned Act, the accused is sentenced to permanent dismissal from working in government departments and affiliated organizations. This order, pursuant to Section 46 of the aforementioned Act, will be appealable and is enforceable.


Within 15 days from the date of informing the accused (whether in person or through other legal means) it is appealable by the Review Commission.
