By-laws of student admissions, ratified by the Cultural Revolution Council, which was communicated by the Ministry of Culture and Higher Education to universities and institutes of higher education in the country in circular number 172/M, dated 29 Farvardin 1362 [18 April 1983].

you are not approved to continue your education due to continuing your deviant positions and maintaining your small group affiliation.

In addition, according to Article 31, Section ----- of the above-mentioned by-laws, you cannot request a certificate based on the criteria for granting certificates equivalent to an associate degree and bachelor’s degree, ratified by the Cultural Revolution Headquarters on 22 Shahrivar 1361 [13 September 1982].

 

Reminder:

  1. Refrain from repeated and unnecessary visits to the university or other authorities.
  2. To hear further explanation and guidance, you can go to the Admissions Council liaison at the School of Engineering during office hours on 26 Shahrivar 1362 [17 September 1983].
  3. If you contest the issued ruling, you can send your appeal with potential documents and evidence by registered mail to the Admissions Council no later than 29 Shahrivar 1362 [20 September 1983] at the following address: Shiraz – Management Department, Room 209, School of Medicine, Shiraz University. Please include your exact address and, if possible, a telephone number where you may be contacted immediately, if necessary.

      Or deliver to the Admissions Council liaison at the School of Engineering and get a receipt

  1. Appeals which do not include the exact address of the contesting student will not be considered.
  2. If you appeal, the Admissions Council will issue an appeal ruling about you no later than 10 days after receiving the appeal, which will be sent to you. Or you can go to the School of Engineering at the above date and receive the appeal ruling after providing the receipt.
