Type of Allegation: Membership in the perverse Baha’i sect


Procedural Synopsis: The accusation against Mr. Ezzatollah surname Nikjou, son of Zabihollah, born in [redacted], birth certificate number [redacted] issued from [redacted], organizational post: retired, with work experience: 21 years, place of work: Water Department of the Ministry of Energy, employee number: [redacted], education: Masters of science in geology, [and] married, was investigated by the Preliminary Commission, in its meeting of 16 Farvardin 1362 [5 April 1983], and considering the evidence presented, the Commission stated its decision as follows:


The decision of Commission

In the light of the contents of the file-----, and the confession of the accused--------, and statements of witnesses-------Expert Opinion---------and Statement of informed witnesses------- and ------, and other circumstantial evidences, the allegation against  the accused, has been proven and established.

The accusation that is the subject matter of Clause 8 of Article [29] of the Human Resources Restructuring At, [applicable to] Government Ministries and Affiliated Organizations enacted on 5 Mehr 1360 [27 September 1981]. And according to paragraph 11 of Article 20 of the above mentioned Law, the accused is sentenced to permanent expulsion from government posts and offices affiliated to the government. According to Article 46 of the above mentioned Law, this decision is final and enforceable--------, [or] it may be appealed within 15 days of it being communicated to the accused (whether in person or officially) by [appealing to] the Board of Review.

The Primary Board:

Considering the fact that, based on Clause 8 of letter number 60/923 dated 9 Aban 1360 [31 October 1981] of the Islamic Revolution Information Document Centre, as well as the statements provided by other informed persons, the above mentioned individual is a member of the perverse Baha’i sect. According to the evidence existing in the file, he did not attend the interview, and so the allegations against him were established for this Board, and as such, the above decision was issued.
