110 Individuals Were Dismissed from the Education Department of Fars Province
Shiraz –The president of the Fars Education Department announced during a conversation that 93 files had been reviewed by a five-member committee of this department, so far, and a final decision has been issued for 20 files. Fourteen individuals have been expelled from the Education Department headquarters. Of these files, three have been referred to the Shiraz Revolutionary Court, charged with collaboration with the disbanded SAVAK. Six individuals have retired, and “Ready to Serve” orders have been issued for 46 others.
The director of the Education Department of Fars Province also mentioned that during this purge, 44 individuals were dismissed, based on Article 44 of the National Employment Act, owing to not believing in one of the country’s official religions.
