Larestan – There has been a complaint against Dr. Kayvanfar, head of the Larestan Infirmary, that he had previously been a Jew and was presently as Baha’i, and that he acts and spreads propaganda in favour of the Baha’is and against the Muslims in that city. Furthermore, due to his alliance with the Baha’is, he only neglects the treatment of the Muslim patients according to his duties, but he does not only hesitate to kill them by failing to deliver medication to the patients But he could also pocket all of the infirmary’s medical supplies in collaboration with the pharmaceutical authorities of that town, who are mostly Baha’is.
