On 29 Farvardin 1373 [18 April 1994], Branch 1 of the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Shiraz reviewed case number 73/3302ShA.

Subject: Irrigated and dry farmlands and vacated buildings of the Baha’is who fled the village of Kata in the region of Meymand, in Boyer Ahmad, Yasuj.

The court issues a decision as follows:

Decision of the Court: Concerning the above-noted lands and buildings that belonged to the Baha’i individuals who left the area at the beginning of the Revolution and have not since returned, and according to the order of the government, issued by the blessed Imam Khomeini (PBUH.), dated 6 Ordibehesht 1368 [26 April 1989], the rights to these properties were given to the Supreme Leader.  Accordingly, the ownership of the said lands and properties, in their entirety, as well as their crops and harvests, will be transferred to the Executive Headquarters under the Directive of the Imam.

This verdict was issued in accordance with the order of the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, dated 16 Shahrivar 1368 [7 September 1989], and will be final and binding subsequent to the approval of Hojjatol-Islam Nayyeri.
