Court Judgment

The Islamic Revolutionary Court of Tehran, Branch 13, was convened and presided over by the undersigned.  Case reference number 11/54349/M/63, Farhoush Rameshni, son of Rostam, birth certificate number [redacted], issued in [redacted] – Farahmand Rameshni, son of Rostam, birth certificate number [redacted] – Rakhshandeh Rameshni, daughter of Rostam, birth certificate number [redacted] – Rouhangiz Rameshni, daughter of Rostam, birth certificate number [redacted] – Ravandokht Rameshni, daughter of Rostam, birth certificate number [redacted], all Baha’is and having fled abroad, is under review.  Based on the opinion of the esteemed Supreme Islamic Revolutionary Court, that if it was evident to the Judge that the aforementioned individuals had left the country before the [Constitution] was enacted, the order to confiscate [their assets] is binding.  After careful and attentive examination of the case file, it became evident to this court that all the above mentioned individuals had left the country before the enactment of the Constitution.  Therefore decision regarding the confiscation was validly rendered.  The Office of the Islamic Revolutionary Prosecutor is bound to execute that decision.  As the assets of those mentioned have thus far been under the administration of the Martyrs Foundation of the Islamic Revolution, and considering the permission given to the Martyrs Foundation of the Islamic Revolution by His Holiness the Imam of the Muslim community, may God extend his exalted life, the assets will remain at the disposal of the Martyrs Foundation, which will be notified of this present judgement.
