Honourable Ashraf[1], Prime Minister,

Copy to Ayatollah Behbahani,

Copy to [Newspapers:] Parcham-e Islam and Neda-e Islam

A number of Baha’is have caused problems for Muslims and Seyyeds in Koucheri. To date, a few times they have used weapons[2] against them [Muslims] causing injuries. Because they are wealthy and as a result of the activities of their preacher [Ali-Akbar] Fouroutan they have become bolder. The religious feeling of all the residents and Muslims have been unsettled. No proper actions have been taken. Request immediate attention, delay will cause much disastrous results.
