The Military Commander of Abadeh, Colonel Amanpour, with no legal permission, arrested me on Sunday, 21 Ordibehesht [11 May] at 9:00 p.m., and without any further investigation, imprisoned me in solitary confinement. After [I had] endured six days of harsh confinement, he interrogated and released me on bail. His action is against Article 5 of the Martial Law and Article 164 of the Army Procedure Code.
Since his action was insulting, I would like to appeal for legal redress, in order to restore my reputation. I hope this punishment serves as a lesson and stops him from taking arbitrary actions within a democratic government.
