You are hereby directed to order the termination of those officers and non-commissioned officers who are notorious for debauchery and who follow religions that are not recognized in the Constitution, and further [illegible] those officers who persistently admit to being Baha’is, [illegible] and forward [the details] to the Army’s Personnel Office within one month.
