After greetings, it is imperative that, in relation to the passing of Nosratollah Ziaie due to a brain haemorrhage, you find a way for his relatives to bury his corpse in an appropriate spot. I reiterate that it is necessary to resolve this problem as soon as possible, so that there is no excuse for the counter-revolutionaries. It is not permitted to bury infidels in a Muslim cemetery, but burying [them] somewhere else that is not considered to be the cemetery is fine.
